三種甜點的做法 英文

檸檬蜜豆瑪芬

原料:低筋面粉220克,泡打粉1茶匙(5克),鹽1/4茶匙(1克),黃油100克,細砂糖60克,雞蛋2個,檸檬1/2個,酸奶100ml,蜜豆適量

步驟:

1、將泡打粉、鹽和面粉混合過篩備用;

2、黃油室溫軟化後,放入干淨的大碗中,分三次加入細砂糖打發;

3、倒入打散的蛋液,打到膨發,再加入酸奶、檸檬至,繼續攪打均勻;

4、分三次倒入面粉,從下往上翻著攪拌均勻;

5、加入適量的蜜豆,攪拌好後倒入紙杯,七分滿即可;

6、烤箱預熱170度,將紙杯放在中層烤架,烘烤40分鐘即可。

提示:

1、因為蜜豆是甜的,所以要減少糖的分量,如果不放蜜豆,可以將糖的分量調整到100克;

2、加5克的吉士粉在面粉中,可以提香添色哦!如果沒有可以不放,也可以用奶粉代替;

3、當天吃不完,要放入密封箱中保存,以免風干。

蛋白椰絲餅】

原料:椰絲120克蛋白3個細砂糖30克面粉20克杏仁香精2滴



做法:



1、把100克椰絲倒入大碗中,另外20克放入小碗中備用。面粉過篩。將蛋白從雞蛋中分離出來。細砂糖稱好備用。



2、將蛋白用筷子打散。將大碗中的椰絲與面粉,細砂糖和杏仁香精混合,倒入蛋白後攪拌均勻。用手將其揉成圓球,再在小碗椰絲中滾上一層椰絲,用月餅模具按壓成型。



3、烤盤內鋪上烘焙紙,將壓好的椰絲餅碼入,烤箱提前5分鐘預熱,用170攝氏度烘焙10分鐘即可。
