開店前斟酌哪些投資要素？

店鋪周圍環境如何；交通條件是否方便；周圍設施對店鋪是否有利；服務區域人口情況。一般來講，開店位置附近人口越多，越密集越好。目前很多大中城市都相對集中形成了各種區域，比如商業區、旅游區，大學區等，在不同區域開店應注意分析這種情況。

目標顧客收入水准。在富人聚集的地段開設首飾店、高檔時裝店便是瞅准了目標顧客高收入這一特點。城市周邊建設的各種商業別墅群或有檔次的小區，都是富人聚集的地方。

影響開店位置的因素很多，因素也千差萬別。為什麼有的偏僻小巷的店鋪生意年年興隆，而有的繁華地段的店鋪經營艱難，這正應了一句哲語：具體情況具體分析。位置的好環，是相對的而非絕對的。生意的好壞不僅僅取決於店鋪位置，還與店鋪經營內容、經營方式、服務、形象均有密切關系。開店，絕非跟著感覺走就萬事ok，只有理性和感性合二為一，才能成功。
