     (g)toaidorrescueequipmenttotaketheresponsibilityoftherisksandotherrisks;
     (h)providedreliefassistanceofthetimelinessofservices;
     (i)forthesalvageoperationofshipsandotherequipment,availabilityanduse;
     (j)ofthereservestatusofrescueequipment,performanceandequipmentvalue.
