     (b)carriageofgoodsbyseabecauseofdelayindeliveryortransportofpassengersandtheirbaggagecausedbydelayinarrivaloftherequestfordamages;
     (c)operationoftheshiporthesalvageoperationisdirectlyrelatedtotheviolationofrightsofnon-contractualdamagescausedbytherequestoftheother;
     (d)otherthantheresponsibleperson,inordertoavoidorreducetheresponsibilityofpersonsinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthischaptermaylimitliabilityforthelossofthemeasurestakentorequestforcompensationandhavetakenfurtherlosscausedbytherequest.
    claimslistedintheprecedingparagraph,regardlessofhowitdiffersfromthemethodproposedcanlimitliability.however,subsection(d)theresponsibilityofpeopleinvolvedinthepaymentoftheremunerationcontract,responsibleforthepaymentofdutymaynotbeinvokedinthislimitationofliabilityprovisions.
    208thofthischaptershallnotapplytothefollowing:
     (a)theamountofaidortherequestofgeneralaverageofassessments;
     (b)people'srepublicofchinatoparticipateintheinternationalconventiononcivilliabilityforoilpollutiondamage,providedtherequestforcompensationforoilpollutiondamage;
     (c)people'srepublicofchinatoparticipateininternationalnucleardamageundertheconventiononlimitationofliabilityfornucleardamageclaims;
     (d)nuclear-poweredshipnucleardamagecausedbyaclaimforcompensation;
     (e)theowneroraservanttohelppeoplerequestcompensation,inaccordancewiththeadjustmentofthelaborcontractlaw,theshipownerorsalvorinrespectofsuchclaimshavenorighttolimitliability,orhigherthanthelawtheprovisionsofthischaptertheprovisionsofthecompensationlimit.

    inadditiontothe210tharticleofthislawasotherwiseprovidedinarticletwohundredandeleventh,limitationofliabilityformaritimeclaims,thecalculationofcompensationinaccordancewiththefollowinglimits:
     (a)onthepersonalinjuryclaims
     1.thetotaltonnageof300-500tonsoftheship,themaximumamountofcompensationforthe333,000unit;
     2.morethan500tonsgrosstonnageoftheship,500tonsofthefollowingapplytothispartofthepurposeoftheprovisionsofparagraph1,of500tonsormoreofthefollowingamountsshouldbeadded:
     501-3000tonsofparts,anincreaseof500perunit;
     3001-30000tpart,333pertonneincreaseinunit;
     from30,001to70,000tonsofparts,anincreaseof250perunit;
    partofmorethan70,000tons,anincreaseof1.67perunit.
     (b)onthenon-personalinjuryclaims
     1.thetotaltonnageof300-500tonsoftheship,themaximumamountofcompensationforthe167,000unit;
     2.morethan500tonsgrosstonnageoftheship,500tonsofthefollowingapplytothispartofthepurposeoftheprovisionsofparagraph1,of500tonsormoreofthefollowingamountsshouldbeadded:
     501-30000tonsofparts,anincreaseof1.67perunit;
     from30,001to70,000tonsofparts,anincreaseof125perunit;
    partofmorethan70,000tons,anincreaseof83perunit.
     (c)inaccordancewithparagraph(a)theprescribedlimit,isinsufficienttocoverallpersonalinjuryclaims,andthedifferenceshouldbewithnon-personalinjuryclaimssidebyside,fromthefirst(b)inaccordancewiththeamountofthedebtserviceratio.
     (d)withoutprejudicetosubsection(c)therequestforcompensationfordeathsandinjuriesonthecircumstances,ontheportproject,basin,waterwaysandaidstonavigationfacilitiesofthedamageclaims,itshouldbemore(b)othercompensationpriorityrequest.
     (e)nottovesselsorsalvageoperationstorescuetheshiprescuedtherescueoperat
