    第五十一條responsibilityforgoodslostordamageoccurredasaresultcausedbyoneofthefollowingreasons,thecarrierliability:
    (a)themaster,mariner,pilotorotherservantsofthecarrierinthedrivingoftheshiporthefaultofthemanagementoftheship;
    (b)fire,butduetothecarrier'sfault,icausedtheexception;
    (c)naturaldisasters,seaorothernavigablewatersoftheriskoraccident;
    (d)warorarmedconflict;
    (e)thegovernmentorthecompetentauthoritiesoftheact,orjudicialseizureofquarantinerestrictions;
    (vi)strikes,workstoppagesorlaborrestrictions;
    (vii)attempttorescueorsalvageoflifeorproperty;
    (h)oftheshipper,thecargoownerortheconductoftheiragents;
    (i)thenaturalcharacteristicsofthegoodsorinherentdefects;
    (j)thepackagingofgoodsormarkthelackofnon-performing,clearly;
    (k)bythecarefulhandlingoftheshiphasnotyetdiscoveredthepotentialdefects;
    (xii)non-carrierorthecarrierasaresultoftheservants,agentscausedbythefaultofotherreasons.
    inaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthecarrierfromliabilityintheprecedingparagraph,inadditionto(b)theprovisionsofthereasons,shallbeartheburdenofproof.
