(c)ofthenationalpeople'scongressinsession,ofthenationalpeople'scongressenactedlawstoaddandmodifysome,butnotwiththebasicprinciplesoflegalconflict;
(d)interpretationofthelaw;
(e)ofthenationalpeople'scongressinsession,toexamineandapprovethenationaleconomicandsocialdevelopmentplan,thestatebudgetintheimplementationprocessmustbepartofadjustmentprograms;
(vi)supervisionofthestatecouncilandcentralmilitarycommission,supremepeople'scourtandsupremepeople'sprocuratorate;
(g)revocationoftheconstitutionofthestatecouncil,theadministrativelawsandregulations,decisionsandorders;
(h)provinces,autonomousregionsandmunicipalitiesdirectlyunderthecentralorganofstatepowerestablishedbytheconstitution,lawsandadministrativeregulationsandlocallawsandregulationsconflictresolution;
(ix)thenationalpeople'scongressinsession,inaccordancewiththenominationoftheprimeministerofthestatecouncil,thedecisionofministers,thecommitteeofficer,auditor-general,thesecretary-generalofthecandidates;
(10)inthenationalpeople'scongresssession,thepresidentofthecentralmilitarycommissioninaccordancewiththenominationofthecentralmilitarycommissionofthedecisionofothermembersofthecandidate;
(11)accordingtothedrawtheattentionofthesupremepeople'scourt,theappointmentandremovalofvice-presidentofthesupremepeople'scourt,thejudiciary,themilitarytrialofmembersofthecommissionandcourt;
(12)accordingtothesupremepeople'sprocuratorateoftherequest,theappointmentandremovalofthesupremepeople'sprocuratoratedeputyprocuratorgeneral,prosecutors,prosecutorsandmilitarymembersofthecommission'sprocuratorate,andtheapprovalofprovinces,autonomousregionsandmunicipalitiesdirectlyunderthecentralpeople'sprocuratorateoftheappointmentandremoval;
(13)todecidetheappointmentandremovalofplenipotentiaryrepresentativesabroad;
(14)hasdecidedtoconcludewithforeigntreatiesandimportantagreementsandtheabolitionoftheapproval;
(15)providesthemilitaryanddiplomaticpersonnelinthetitleofclasssystemandclasssystemofotherspecializedtitles;
(xvi)theprovisionsanddecidedtograntthestatemedalsandtitlesofhonor;
(17)decidedtopardon;
(18)inthenationalpeople'scongressinsession,iftheyaresubjectedtoarmedaggressionagainstthecountryortofulfillinternationaltreatytopreventthesituationofaggression,decidedtodeclareastateofwar;
(19)decidedthatageneralmobilizationorpartialmobilization;
(20)todecidethenationalorindividualprovinces,autonomousregionsandmunicipalitiesdirectlyunderthecentralstateofemergency;
(21)grantedtothenationalpeople'scongressoftheotherterms.
