不知道你這顆牙是不是智齒，如果是智齒，而且上面的牙齒已經拔掉了，那麼可以考慮直接把這顆牙拔掉就好了。
如果不是智齒，那麼上面的缺牙最好早點鑲上，因為這顆牙沒有相對的牙之後，慢慢會伸長，可能會造成咬合干擾，容易塞東西，造成齲齒等。
